Want to know what’s going on in your neighborhood? Get involved with one of the local community groups in Roosevelt. The two RNAs (the Roosevelt Neighborhood Association and the Roosevelt Neighbors’ Alliance) both have meetings this month.
All nine council members showed up for the Committee on the Built Environment’s public hearing at RHS regarding the Roosevelt legislative rezone.

This is it, folks — the Seattle City Council’s public hearing on zoning in Roosevelt has finally been set for Monday, September 19 at 6:00 p.m. at Roosevelt High School. Please share the date with your neighbors – it’s critical that we get as many people as possible to show up to the hearing.

Seattle Parks and Recreation is hosting a public design meeting for the south lot of University Heights Center for the Community on Monday, July 11, 2011 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the University Heights Center (5031 University Way NE) in Room 104.

Nearly 30 people were in attendance for the Roosevelt Neighborhood Association (RNA) monthly meeting this evening. Topics included the Roosevelt Legislative Rezone and the 2011 Bull Moose Festival, to be held in July.
