Eight Bells Winery, located in the south end of Roosevelt, is looking for volunteers for their fall “crush.” Volunteers get a free bottle of wine for every four hours worked.

A locally-owned Sports Clips salon is opening today at 1029 NE 65th Street in the space formerly occupied by Suede in Roosevelt Square.

Over the weekend, ‘For Rent’ signs went up in the windows at Jalisco Mexican Restaurant and Taqueria on NE 65th and 12th NE, replacing the signs claiming they were closed for kitchen remodeling.
