No injuries reported from fire in Roosevelt apartment building

Fire at NE 67th and Roosevelt Way NE in Seattle

A fire broke out in the 6700 Roosevelt Apartments shortly after 5:00pm Monday afternoon. The cause of the fire was determined to be a lit cigarette which was not disposed of properly. Damage is estimated at $45,000.

Another Roosevelt business burglarized, suspect in custody

According to Seattle Police, a man broke into the Roosevelt Barbershop early Sunday morning and stole a flat screen television. He was later apprehended and taken into custody.

Umpqua Bank on Roosevelt Way robbed, suspect remains at large

FBI agents say this man robbed the Umpqua Bank in Roosevelt around 5:25 p.m., Thursday,  March 28.

Atlantic Crossing Pub burglarized early Thursday morning

The front door of the Atlantic Crossing Pub glass was broken in and a big screen TV was taken off the wall. The pub’s manager, Rissa Smart, reported that the burglars were in and out in about four minutes.
