Fire at Green Lake apartment building

Scorch marks show where a fire broke out on the top floor of the Green Lake Plaza apartments in Seattle, Washington.

A fire broke out in the Green Lake Plaza apartments (505 NE 70th St.) shortly after 1:00 pm today.
